Set outside of Ottawa, Illinois on acres upon acres of private land, Ali spent months dreaming up all of her wedding details. The location was overflowing with picture perfect views and settings. The ceremony was outdoors on a small manicured hill overlooking a glassy pond. The reception was under a massive white tent full of decor that looked like it came straight from an Anthropologie magazine ( full credit to Flowers Plus in Streator, Illinois for that magic) The dancing was set in a lofty cabin with twinkle lights and full open bars. And just outside there was a serene sitting area within an open space of trees full of draping lights, chandeliers, and candles creating a dreamy fairytale ambiance.
Ali spent many months dreaming of the perfect spots to take her wedding photographs on this family property. We were able to take a golf cart around to get amazing shots full of outdoors charm, including an old run down cabin, a creek through the timber, a wooden swing crafted by Jeremiah himself, a small boat with a “just married” sign on a calm pond and a hill overlooking the entire magical scene that they created.
Thank You to Ali and Jeremiah for having me capture all these wonderful details for you!
