This grand wedding is from September 2016. First stop was Bella’s childhood home where I was greeted by a handful of gorgeous girls making final touches to hair and makeup. The dress, veil, and shoes were peacefully hanging up and ready to be shown off. Bella’s mom was bursting with emotion as she helped her daughter into her dress. The ceremony was a lovely traditional Catholic setting in the church where Bella and Corey both grew up. The seats were full of Bella’s large Italian family that were kissing, hugging and laughing at every turn.
After the ceremony, we made our way to the High School where Bella and Corey both went. I was able to get a few nostalgic shots inside the gym and hallway where not that long before Bella and Corey walked through not knowing they would be visiting on their wedding day.
Next stop, the stunning reception venue. Senica’s Oak Ridge in LaSalle, Illinois was never so beautiful. The flowers were spilling out everywhere, the candy table was incredibly customized and delicious, the hors d’oeuvre table was insanely impressive.
After a ride in the party bus, the large wedding party was ready for fun in the next set of photographs. Full of energy, I was crying with laughter after this session ended and we all headed to the party.
Dancing. So much dancing. Some of these dancing photos are my favorite of all time. I have a soft spot for Grandpa’s and Bella’s Grandpa was a force to be reckoned with as he was a hit on the dancefloor.
A great wedding, fantastic couple and amazing family. Thank You for having me capture this day for you all.
